Willow & Lark Studio Policies

Ordering & Personalization

  • Minimums: To ensure the highest level of care for every project, we require a minimum order of 50 units for all stationery suites. Suites are ordered in increments of 25; meaning, if you need 50 invitation suites and would like to receive extras, you should order 75 suites.

  • Guest Addressing: We offer variable printing for guest addressing. To ensure accuracy, please provide your guest list in a clean Excel file. Please note that we print exactly what is provided; Willow & Lark cannot be held responsible for typos, misspellings, or formatting errors present in the submitted file. We kindly ask that you verify all details prior to submission. As part of your finalization, the address file will be sent to you for review before going into production.

  • Design Embellishments: Our designs are intentionally curated for a clean, heirloom aesthetic. We do not offer wax seals; instead, we specialize in elegant vellum, belly bands and premium ribbons to complete your suite.

Payments & Deposits

  • Payment Terms: To secure your date and initiate the design process, the full project amount is due upon acceptance of your proposal and signing of the formal contract.

  • Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. If you choose to cancel your project before production has commenced, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total project amount. Once your stationery has been sent to final production, all sales are final, and no refunds can be issued.

  • Payment Methods: Payments are processed securely via our invoicing system. Please note that design work and production on your suite will commence only once full payment has been received.

Project Management & Transparency

  • Inquiry Correspondence: By submitting an inquiry via our commission form, you agree to receive follow-up correspondence regarding your project and occasional updates from the Willow & Lark studio.

  • Formal Agreements: While these policies outline our standard operating procedures, specific project details—including revision limits and turnaround timelines—are managed exclusively through your formal project proposal and contract document.

Studio Privacy

  • Commitment to Privacy: Your personal information is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your stationery order and maintaining communication regarding your project. We do not share or sell your data. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
